Sodexo are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Travel Supervisor to join the team on a 12 month fixed term capacity based at our Balcatta Office in Perth. The travel supervisor will manage operational service delivery and performance of the Perth travel team and adhoc travel by ensuring timely, effective, and efficient service is consistently provided and maintained.
Job Scope:
- Primary point of contact for adhoc travel escalations and issues.
- Team management.
- Customer service.
- Team performance management.
Requirements of the role will include but are not limited to:
- Manage team resourcing and performance to maintain effective service delivery.
- Manage adhoc travel escalations, complaints, and priorities, identifying and mitigating risk.
- Support and direct the team, motivating and coaching employees to achieve individual and team performance targets, in line with set quality standards.
- Update scripting and processes ensuring work instructions are accurate and current.
- Maintain full awareness of travel processes to provide effective decision making and support.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings, monthly 1-1 performance-based meetings and conduct quarterly development reviews with direct reports.
- Train and induct new employees and conduct refresher training with established employees.
- Actively demonstrate Sodexo standards and values and lead by example to drive positive, effective service delivery and customer service.
