Background:
We are a growing Cleaning Company with a strong reputation in our local area. We provide services to residential properties as well as commercial mostly in greater Sydney with a growing presence in the commercial field.
Hours of Work:
The standard operating hours of the business are between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday and Saturdays as required. You will be required to work full-time within those times as directed. From time to time, you may be required to stay back to complete urgent jobs.

Role Purpose:
Facilitate the process of New and existing business by understanding the requirements of the customer, prepare, oversee, plan execution, review and update all Commercial & Residential contracts.
Conduct inspections to ensure execution is as agreed and both parties are adhering to contract.






Responsibilities & Duties
1. New Business ? Site visit and meet customer to understand their cleaning requirements including tasks, frequency, budget and terms and responding to inquiries and negotiation on contract
? Prepare quote and generate contract and send to customers for their review and acceptance.
? Follow up customers who have not responded, seeking information on the delayed response where we can adjust.
? Perform variations to meet the needs of the customer including handle the negotiation of contract terms with our ongoing corporate and commercial clients and partners
? liaise with management/owner with feedback on risks of contract arrangement
? On acceptance, develop the contract reflecting the agreement, terms and conditions as per the client’s requirements
? Interpreting and explaining the contract requirements to the clients ensuring amendments are handled efficiently and promptly
? Provide brief to Team Leaders and team on the requirements of the job.
? Ensure the contract is signed and returned prior to commencement.
? Ensure they are up-to-date with legal changes and liaise with management should anything arise to escalate
2. Maintenance ? Perform site visits and quality checks to ensure we are delivering on agreement.
? Consult with cleaners and Team Leaders to ensure everything is on track with contract or identify if variations are required and address with either customer or office.
? Respond to enquiries regarding contracts and see through execution of any changes.
? Investigate and resolve complaints relating to the contract.
? When required, perform training of staff to ensure everyone is skilled to execute contracts.
? Ensure checklist and training manuals are updated in line with contracts.
? Process and product review.
? Consult with Senior Managements on any concerns or sign off for implementing changes.
? Oversee contracts to ensure all up to date prior to expiry and updated accordingly
3. Contract Termination ? Consult with customer to understand why a contract has been terminated.
? Consult Staff and Management to gain understanding.
? Facilitate result.
? Analyse outcomes and prepare prevention strategy for future business if applicable.
4. Other Duties ? Assist administration for business development by pitching ideas
? Backup organisational leadership and support if and when required.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities & Attitude Required
1. Demonstrated Knowledge in Negotiating
2. Experience is Customer Service and Complaint Handling
3. Strong understanding on all our operations.
4. Experience in training new staff, often with language barriers.
5. Ability to adapt to change, amending concepts and style with different personalities or situation.
6. Excellent communication and administrative skills
7. Punctual and reliable.
8. Demonstrated initiative.
9. Experience in business development role will be an advantage
10. Motivated and excellent leadership skills
11. Completed Police Check
12. Ability to work in harmony with other teammates
13. Australian Driver’s License

Selection Criteria
1. Qualifications - AQF Diploma Level. Three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications

2. Strong Customer Service Skills - Demonstrated strong customer service skills
3. Excellent interpersonal skills – written and verbal Demonstrated English language verbal communication skills and ability to read English to a basic to intermediate level. Ability to communicate in a professional manner.
4. Physical dexterity - Must be agile and in good physical shape; stand for more than one hour, and bend at the waist and knees and kneel. The job entails constant walking, occasional sitting, and climbing stairs; and lifting and carrying materials when training new staff.
5. Punctuality and reliability - Able to arrive at work and on the job on time and get the job done in the required timeframe.
6. Flexibility and adaptability - Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable, and at certain times work with others in the team to “get the work done”. This may, at times, require different shift patterns (ie early or late), or to perform reasonable tasks.
7. Strong organisational skills Ability to develop systems for better workflow.
8. Initiative - Demonstrate initiative and self-starter.
9. Strong problem solving skills- Demonstrated ability to “think on feet” and find solutions to problems as they arise. Ability to think “out of the box”.
10. High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Demonstrated high attention to detail – to ensure minimum errors and to pick up errors or issues.
11. Ability to work to deadlines - Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines as required.
12. Ability to prioritise - Demonstrated ability to prioritise and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
13. Ability to work in harmony with other teammates - Willingness and ability to work with others in the team in harmony, demonstrating respect in all areas of dealing with all team members & customers
