The role
Reporting into the Site Manager, your responsibilities will include;
Develop and implement the maintenance strategy across the site.
Lead and develop the maintenance strategies and team within the plant, ensuring KPIs around; OEE, machine reliability, uptime, stoppages and OH&S are adhered to.
Developing the maintenance team in fault finding techniques, RCA, Fishbone Diagrams and other methodologies to facilitate a thorough and proactive maintenance culture.
Life cycle management of site asset base, obsolescence and capital upgrades.
Conducting in depth machine analysis to properly detect and predict machine issues before they arise.
