Job description
In this role you will support a client-centric culture by working with Management Leads to develop Key Client Strategies, identifying client growth strategies, creating organizational maps, and aligning personnel to help clients achieve their objectives.
Day to day Responsibilities:
Manage the workload of supporting bid coordinators, providing coaching and mentoring to promote professional and personal development, team spirit, and a high-performing team culture.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
Lead the development of comprehensive capture plans for high-priority opportunities, detailing the approach, key win and value propositions.
Conduct competitive analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of competitors
Oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, document development, graphics development, compliance checks, and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely submissions.
