As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with People & Culture Business Partners across various business units, reporting to the Employee Advisory Manager. Your role will be pivotal in providing operational advice and support to management teams, ensuring effective people management while achieving strategic business outcomes. You will also collaborate with Strategic Business Partners to implement programs that foster a productive and engaging work environment.

Investigations: Conduct investigations into workplace behaviour issues, document efforts thoroughly, and support managers in implementing disciplinary or performance improvement actions.
