IL FALCO, the new kid on the block in the Mt Hawthorn ‘hood, is already gaining a fast reputation for next level pizza, great service and a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere.
We are getting busier and we are now on the hunt for a Head Chef to grow with the IL FALCO offer.
As Head chef this role is to ensure smooth running of day to day kitchen operations and service.
The full- time positions, working from Wednesday to Sunday, offer an awesome opportunity for skill & creative development as well as career growth with full support from the Kitchen, FOH & Operations management team.
To succeed in this role, you will need a 'can do' attitude & a passion for great pizza and hospitality!
What you will do as our Head Chef
• Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the kitchen
• Lead by example with a fun, positive attitude.
• Preparing & cooking pizzas from our menu
• Ensuring cooking stations are sanitised and prepped with necessary tools
• Preparing and storing pizza dough and sauces
• Developing and creating new pizza recipes and costings
• Monitoring and ordering supplies and inventory
• Slicing and chopping toppings including vegetables and meats
• Executing customer orders considering special requests.
• Maintaining optimal levels of sanitation and safety standards
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with our small team, awesome customers, legendary suppliers, and vendors

• The ability to work in a small team and lead by example.
• Experience running a busy service with a focus on customers satisfaction.
