This exciting role will offer the successful candidate a great work life balance, enjoying a 4 days on 3 days off work arrangement. This will be a supervisory and hands-on position in the areas of stock control/ordering, budgeting, staff rostering/supervision, WH&S, menu planning and function catering. About you:
Certificate III (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent
Prior experience as a Sous Chef and leadership skills
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
