Salary:
• $74,000 per annum.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Planning Korean menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies.
• Overseeing food quality throughout all stages of preparation and presentation, ensuring they adhere to authentic Korean standards.
• Engaging in discussions with Managers, Dietitians, Kitchen, and Waiting Staff to address food preparation concerns.
• Providing guidance on cooking procedures and demonstrating Korean techniques.
• Preparing and cooking food.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and enforcing them.
• May be involved in staff selection and training.
• Employing freezing and preservation techniques for foods.
Qualifications:
• Should have a minimum of two (2) years of work experience as a Chef.
• Should have a Diploma in Cookery or Hospitality Management.
