Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the menu items
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver them accurately to the kitchen and bar
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Prepare and set up tables for dining
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to provide a seamless and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Server or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Valid food safety certification
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
