Managing the day to day operations of the establishment to deliver excellent guest experience
Liaising with Chefs and other senior staff to develop seasonally appropriate menus
Setting and implementing and reviewing service standards so that all guests enjoy a superior dining experience
Recruiting and managing team members
Inducting and training team members to deliver excellent service
Managing staff rosters
Managing stock levels and ordering and receiving stock
Reconciling daily cash
Liaising with customers to obtain customer service feedback
Achieving store budgets & costing KPI's
Ensuring that all health and safety standards and regulations were being adhered
Overseeing large functions
$73,000 - $75,000 per year inclusive of annual leave, + tips & superannuation
