Bitton Gourmet (Bitton Pty Ltd) is on the hunt for a full-time Chef to assist with the kitchen operations management, review and create exceptional menus.

The position is located in Alexandria and the right candidate must be passionate about this job, have great attention to detail, and not be afraid of being creative.
You will have a relevant qualification and at least 2 or 3 years of work experience as a Chef.
Annual Salary: $ 73,000 - $ 75,000
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Coordinate the kitchen activities and food preparation team to ensure dishes and orders meet guests' requests
Responsible for both flavour and presentation of Bitton’s dishes
Estimate food and labour costs, and order food supplies as required
Assign tasks to cooks and ensure the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation
Discuss menu and food preparation with the owner, Head Chef and kitchen staff
Demonstrate superior cooking techniques and ability to train kitchen staff
Demonstrate knowledge of international dishes and flavours
Implement HACCP Procedures
Ensure the highest levels of guests satisfaction
