In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class people experience to our Nine employees and leaders through effective administration and coordination of key processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
Working within a passionate team dedicated to fostering a positive and engaging work environment, you will achieve this by establishing our people’s requirements and delivering consistent, personalised, and tailored support according to our agreed service delivery, with a key focus on our customer.
Day to day you will:
Prepare and facilitate contracts and documentation for new hires and internal staff transfers
Respond to employee queries, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Assist with various visa processes to ensure compliance with immigration legislation and policy
Support the administration of People & Culture initiatives and programs
Support people leaders and the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment-related systems and processes
Ensure ongoing optimisation of our People Solutions systems and processes of work
