Branch Manager is required in Cockburn for a permanent role of up to $104,000 per year with a company vehicle. Your new company Your new company is a Western Australian-owned business supplying from 8 different branches around Perth for over 30 years. Your new role In your new role as a Branch Manager, it will include but not limited to the following responsibilities: Drive continuous improvement across all branch activities, customer service, delivery, pick-up, service quality, administration and communication, branch financial performance and sales margin goals. Ensure levels of productivity are met or exceeded.
Ensure all operations of the Branch are safe, strive for zero injuries to customers and staff, and zero damage to property, plant and equipment.
Work with the Operation Manager to ensure that any hazardous substances/polluted material is disposed of in accordance with the MSDS or method specified by regulations designated by authorities.
Compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage the Branch team to ensure high levels of customer service are met and maintained.
Ensure the Branch maintains high levels of maintenance and repair. Goal 7-8% R&M on hire income across each branch and across the company.
Ensure branch vehicle fleet maintenance is upheld and that high levels of vehicle presentation are met and maintained.
Maintain healthy productive relationships with manufacturers and suppliers. What you'll need to succeed Essential
Minimum 2 year experience as a Branch Manager or similar position (Retail) with an exceptional performance and safety record.
Highly developed supervisory and people management skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to work with people at all levels.
Current motor vehicle driving licence WA 'C' Class or equivalent What you'll get in return In return for this permanent role, you will recieve the following salary:
Salary $95K plus $346.14 for a Saturday x 26 = $8,999.64
Total Salary $103,999.64
Company dual cab ute - included
Superannuation compulsory contribution on top of the above-mentioned salary
