Working for a Professional services organisation based in the CBD we are looking for an administrator to join the team. This role would suit someone who with only a few years of administration experience and is looking to grow their career within the Professional Services or Finance sector.
The role:

Supporting a team of 10 finance professionals with various administration tasks
High level document control, including preparing reports
Answering queries from internal and external stakeholders
Ad-hoc administration as required by the greater team

The right candidate:

Someone with 1-2 years administration experience or someone looking to gain experience in this field or the Finance sector
We would also look at candidates who are entry level credit / accounts receivable experienced
Th ability to pick up new tasks and systems easily
Someone who have proven ability
