Job description
We are a franchise organisation with 4 McDonald's stores based in Beldon, Butler, Duncraig and Woodvale, which are in the Northern suburbs of Perth.

We currently have a number of opportunities for qualified Restaurant Managers to join our team. The Restaurant Manager role will suit a highly motivated, customer and operations focused applicant who has McDonald's or fast food industry experience, the maturity and skills to motivate a team and behave professionally but have fun!

Duties and Responsibilities: * Lead a team of 130+ Managers and Crew within a business that trades 24/7 * Ensure the delivery of outstanding quality, service and cleanliness for our customers * Maintain exceptional people practices

Implement and execute action plans for the Restaurant and Management Team
Set goals and ensure outstanding operations is a focus of the whole team
Implementation and follow up of Food Safety procedures
Succession plan for people development and long-term business success
Oversee and manage all systems
Ability to achieve financial goals
Be strategic in your approach towards sales building and understanding the market
Ensure security is strictly adhered to at all times

Essential Skills and Experience:
Previous McDonald’s or fast food experience as a Restaurant Manager
Ability to work various hours and days, including public holidays as it is a 24 hour operating restaurant
Demonstrated KPI historical results/performance
The ability to coach and develop your team
Proven staff management and leadership skills
A hands on approach
Impeccable presentation and clear, concise communication
A focus on policies and procedures
A passion for delivering high standards of customer service
Attention to detail

If you have the ability to lead by example, take pride in your work and have a passion for coaching and achieving business results, we can offer a $80,000-$90,000 pa + superannuation salary, senior management support and ongoing training and development to ensure your success in this role. We will ensure that your positive contributions to our business will be recognised and there will be opportunity for growth as it relates to future positions in our expanding organisation.
