To be successful in this role, you will bring,
Experience with seasonal produce and be skilled in traditional and modern techniques, food provenance, quality produce and seasonality.
Keen to learn and develop culinary skills.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to co-ordinate busy meal periods smoothly.
Drive and motivation to deliver exceptional service
Open to creating dishes for guests that are outside the regular realm.
