About our opportunity:
Reporting to the site manager, we have an opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Advisor to join our team in Rowville.
Responsibilities include:
Managing all HSE matters on the site and driving continuous HSE performance improvement while ensuring that all HSE activity are in line with the Site Safety Plan and National Safety Plan.
Managing workers compensation and return to work programs for injured employees within the site.
Driving safety improvement through initiatives, training, and coaching as well as initiating, coordinating and delivering safety training programs leading to safety performance improvement.
