well-stocked and cost-efficient.

- Monitor food costs and labor budgets, making adjustments to meet financial targets.

- Proven experience as a Chef in a fine dining Indian
restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional specialties and traditional

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop

- Exceptional creativity and passion for culinary arts, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
