Role Overview
As our Digital Experience Manager, you will work closely with the Digital Experience Director, and the rest of the Digital Experience team to create, execute and report on SEO campaigns. Be prepared to get your hands dirty carrying out a wide range of SEO, Content and CRO tactics. From technical optimisation, content development and user experience to analysis, monitoring, tracking and reporting, you will run your own accounts to help your clients’ businesses grow.
Your day-to-day role will be managing the performance of your client portfolio and the delivery of work through your team. You will be responsible for educating your team, your clients and, sometimes, the broader agency on the beauty of SEO and how the Digital Experience Team uses SEO for the benefit of our clients. You will be expected to acquire an in-depth understanding of the client’s industry and target customers that can be fed back to copywriters, marketers, journalists, webmasters and our paid search and analytics departments to maximise the client’s campaign results.
You will also have the pleasure of working with some of the greatest minds in online marketing within Spark Foundry and Publicis Groupe to create and share strategies and tactics on how other marketing activity and usability can work together to deliver an integrated campaign across all forms of online media.

Responsibilities might include:
Create and Execute SEO strategies for your clients
• Provide consultancy to clients on all aspects of DEX:
o Technical SEO
o Content and Link building
o Analytics & Insights
o Knowledge of CRO and Google Looker Studio is a bonus
• Produce and implement content and SEO strategies
• Reporting on campaigns, prepare reports showing progress and identify weakness or lost opportunities with insightful recommendations
• Optimising campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness
• Supporting the agency's planning and strategy team
• Consultancy surrounding user experience, accessibility and information architecture
• Research and develop high quality, effective outreach campaigns which will require a creative approach
• People management skills to build relationships within the team, agency, Group and client businesses.

Skills & Experience
• This position requires a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.
• A thorough understanding of how search engines and websites work
• A keen interest in digital and website marketing
• A good understanding of business, to research markets and target audience
• Ability to develop a tailored client strategy based on proven tactics
• Demonstrate a proactive work ethic when managing numerous competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferable Qualifications, Experience and Skills
• 3+ year’s previous SEO experience - An agency or online marketing background a plus
• A degree (or equivalent qualification) in computing, business, marketing, communications or related subjects
• Knowledge of Website Build & Web Administration experience – HTML, XML, JavaScript, RSS, W3C, DDA, server maintenance, knowledge of analytics packages and internet protocols
• Hands-on knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog and Rank Tracking Tools • General grasp of Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Strong understanding of Analytics and Tag Manager
• Demonstratable experience in CRO platforms including Optimizely, AB Tasty and Target.
• Experience with Tableau and Analytics Canvas a plus • An ability to use Microsoft & Google Suite products to creatively tell the story of your work (Especially PowerPoint / Excel & Google Slides / Sheets

• All of the above roles require a relevant tertiary qualification with 2 or more years’ experience in a similar role OR a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in lieu of qualification.
• Roles could also be available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane
