The Role
We are seeking a Cantonese-speaking Administration/Quality Control All Rounder who is multi-skilled and competent to work in various roles across the business. As a vital production team member, you will directly report to our production manager and assume responsibility for overseeing daily production tasks.
Your role will entail mastering the setup of print jobs, managing the production process, quality control and ensuring orders ship on time.
Collaboration with our team will be crucial to ensuring the timely and error-free completion of all orders.
Additionally, you will be tasked with managing the production email inbox and facilitating clear communication and collaboration with team members to ensure smooth operations.
This is a hands-on role, both working with the production processes and computer administration. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
On offer
The position is a permanent full-time role, working hours 8 am to 4 pm.
A good salary package is offered based on your experience and expertise.
