Detailed Job description : -
Will be responsible for implementing, managing database systems, developing and integrating Operations Support Systems within Telecom practice. This will involve Design and Architecture development, Performance Monitoring and Tuning, Data Integration and ETL Processes, Documentation, Training and support services for OSS. Will be involved in component development for IP Networks as may be specified by the functional / technical specifications by utilizing the appropriate protocol knowledge, programming and database skills. May also be required to collaborate with administrators and clients to provide technical support and identify new requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Develop the overall database architecture and design database structures.
• Create data models, including conceptual, logical and physical models.
• Performance Optimization
• Development and implementation of OSS services and components
• Taking ownership of the tasks assigned to you
• Regular communication with the customer’s personnel as required
• Liaise with developers to improve applications and establish best practices
• Develop technical manuals
• Provide data management support to users
• Ensure all database programs meet company and performance requirements
• Research and suggest new database products, services and protocols
• Testing of OSS services / Components
• Support of OSS Services / components
Essential Skills required to perform the above job role:
• Proven work experience as a Database Architect and developer
• Knowledge of software development
• Hands on experience PL/SQL and PL/pgSQL
• Oracle , MYSQL and Postgres architectures
• Python
• RPA - UiPath
• An ability to understand front-end user’s requirements and a problem-solving attitude
