Food and Beverage Attendant – Suzette Restaurant (Casual)
As a representative of Sofitel, you will be responsible for delivering buffet breakfast service in addition to providing memorable experiences through a la carte lunch and dinner services for the esteemed guests at Suzette, the flagship restaurant of Sofitel Brisbane Central.
You’ll excel in this role if you have:
- Flexibility to commence work at either 5:30 AM or 6 AM
- Availability during shifts from 11 AM to 3 PM and 3 PM to 11 PM
- Weekend availability, as weekends are our peak operational periods
- Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification
- Basic proficiency in food and beverage service skills, encompassing guest greetings, order-taking, and maintaining cleanliness
- Exemplary personal presentation standards.
Food and Beverage Attendant – Cuvee Lounge Bar (Part Time and Casual)
As a member of our team at the Cuvee Lounge Bar, you will have an exceptional opportunity to create lasting memories for our guests during their special occasions.
You’ll excel in this role if you have:
- Availability to work from 11 AM to 11 PM
- Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification
- Warm, outgoing personality and a high level of personal presentation in line with our brand standards
- Demonstrated experience in a bar or lounge setting, with expertise in wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Proactive ability to anticipate and address guest needs, maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
