We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals for various casual and part time roles within our Conference and Events Operations team.
Success in this role is the ability to learn quickly and the desire to provide phenomenal service to our guests whilst working well with others as an all-rounder and team player. Perfectly suited to those who have a basic level of food and beverage service skills and are eager to learn from on-the-job training. Ensure client expectations are met, delivering food and beverage service that exudes luxury and aligns with Sofitel brand standards.
A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, positive attitude, immaculate personal presentation and the ability to say “Bonjour” is a must.
Event set up and pack down - Food and Beverage Attendant
Work with your team to set up and pack down conference rooms promptly and accurately to the specifications described on the function sheets ensuring cleanliness and organisation, and assist in various food and beverage duties as needed. Physical capability to move heavy items as needed and practice safe handling at all times.

Barista
The Banquet Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso beverages during banquet events. They ensure high-quality service, maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, and provide a pleasant guest experience.
- Availability: Monday – Thursday from 6 AM
Bartender
Prepare and serve beverages, maintain the bar area, engage with guests, and uphold the Sofitel standard of service.
- Availability: Tuesday – Friday from 4 PM
Overnight Food and Beverage Attendant
Provide food and beverage service during overnight hours, ensure timely delivery of services. Take responsibility for your designated rooms or sections during service.
- Availability: Wednesday – Friday, 10 PM - 5 AM
