Macmahon is currently seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join the Greenbushes team on an 8:6 roster, DIDO from Perth or preferably local area around Greenbushes. Reporting to the HSEQ Superintendent, this site-based role will suit experienced professionals with previous surface mining experience.
About the role
Implementation & compliance to the systems and processes in the HSEQ Management Plan.
HSEQ Management Systems mentoring and guidance.
Liaising with clients in relation to WHS activities and site-based lead and lag indicators.
Assisting with accident / incident investigations.
Facilitating risk assessments to support operations.
Maintaining and reviewing site corrective action and hazard reporting processes.
Completing site inspections and audits.
Completing monthly safety reporting.
Assisting supervision with the injury management and return to work processes.
Monitoring the mental health of our people
