Clerkship Recruitment and Program Management:
Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection of vacation clerks.
Support partners in interviews, ensuring quality and unbiased hiring decisions.
Provide on-ground support for vacation clerks in Sydney, including event management.
Organize events such as career fairs, information sessions, and skills workshops.
Contribute to employer brand projects and social media content creation.
Graduate Development:
Build relationships with graduates, partners, and supervisors for development and performance matters.
Manage seat rotations and permanent placements for graduates.
Promote and manage feedback processes and follow up on evaluations.
Plan and execute the Graduate Induction and ongoing training programs.
