Collaborating with Business Analysts, interface partners, vendors, and IT teams to design and troubleshoot solutions, ensuring viability and consistency.
Troubleshooting technical issues and liaising closely with testers for efficient resolution.
Creating and managing technical design artefacts to document system specifications and configurations.
Developing, analysing, prioritizing, and organizing requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for vendors and testers.
