About the role
Reporting to the Head of Continuous Improvement - InfraBuild, the Technical Superintendent role is responsible for technology improvement in the Manufacturing segment. It aims to deliver the initiatives identified in both the annual Business Plan and more strategic projects on a 2-3 year horizon. The role can be based out of either Laverton or Sydney.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the Manufacturing segment across multiple states, by functioning as a Subject Matter Expert of steel making and processing technologies
Add value by change management and technical leadership through all stages of new technology adoption
Scanning the environment to identify new opportunities for commercialized technologies
Active and hands-on support (by team) towards new technology projects and commissioning
