Commencing August/September 2024, we will need 6 customer-focused Front of House staff to work at our 4.5 star resort for a minimum of 12 months. Located 2.5 hours south of Perth in the beautiful Margaret River Region, the resort is nestled on the white sands of Geographe Bay and is located only 8 minutes away from Busselton. The resort boasts 213 luxuriously appointed suites and apartments, an award-winning restaurant, one lounge bar, one sports bar, several conferencing facilities, a grand ball room, sauna, squash and tennis courts, and three pools.
Your role will be to:
o Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure;
o maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information.
o Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction
o Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
You will need to have exceptional customer service skills, be prepared to be on your feet all day and have a strong attention to detail. Previous experience will be highly regarding. The work will be paid as per the Hospitality Industry Award at a grade 2 level 2.
