Based at either Bella Vista or Newcastle, this role is a central point for assessment and towing related queries from customers and providers. You will be based on site, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.
What youll do
As an Assessing Coordinator, you will work with assessors, tow providers, our repairer network and customers to ensure that claims progress smoothly through the assessment and repair process, supporting customers to get back on the road sooner.
Key Responsibilities include:
