Using state of the art equipment, technology and workflow processes, the business offers a premium car washing and express detailing service. Hoppy's Carwash's primary aim is to provide an extremely fast, high quality washing & detailing service.
About the role:
Hoppy's Carwash currently has vacancies for Assistant Site Managers at various Brisbane and Gold Coast locations.
The Assistant Site Manager works as 2IC to the Site Manager who has overall day to day responsibility of the site and its management, including all car-washing staff which can be up to 50 people on any given day. (note: the position is not responsible for the running of the café).
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced state-of-the-art car washing & detailing environment, managing large numbers of staff and focussing on outstanding customer outcomes.
The successful candidate will assist to;
• Manage a large contingent of permanent and casual staff
• Be responsible for speed and quality and the management of key KPI's
• Focus heavily on the sales function of the business (i.e. greeters)
• Respond to all customer feedback and manage expectations and complaints
• Manage staff rostering and performance and provide coaching and development
• Interface with senior managers to improve the business

Skills and experience:
Previous experience in the automotive or car detailing industry will be highly regarded. Applicant must have an open driver's license and be available to work weekends.
Remuneration:
$72k - $80k
