Job Description

The core mission of this role is to deliver high-quality service and provide efficient and effective administrative support to Senior Executives. Key responsibilities include:

Managing diaries and emails
Coordinating travel for Directors
Preparing expense claims and monthly credit card reconciliations
Overseeing the production of all fee proposals and ensuring tender submissions meet deadlines
Monitoring tender alerts for business opportunities
Maintaining marketing materials
Supporting team meetings and events
Managing monthly invoicing
Handling other ad-hoc duties as required
