Job Description:
The purpose of the position of a Systems Analyst is to evaluate, design, and implement information systems that support the business needs of our organization. This role involves analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitations. The Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing system performance, supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, and enabling seamless communication and data exchange among various systems and users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Examine and evaluate current systems, identify areas for improvement, and define system specifications.
• Design and develop system architectures, data models, and integration points to ensure efficient data flow and system functionality.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems, including configuring software and hardware, and perform rigorous testing to ensure systems meet specifications and function correctly.
• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure systems operate efficiently and securely.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system designs, configurations, and procedures. Provide training and support to users to ensure they can effectively utilize the systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications. Communicate system requirements and changes clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve system issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and industry developments to continuously improve system performance and introduce innovative solutions.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of professional working experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Python, Java, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with system development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong understanding of system architectures, data modeling, and system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and write documentation.
• Full working rights within Australia are mandatory.
