- Base salary $88-122k + Coordinator 1 allowance $9,124 p.a. + Special Education allowance $3,557 p.a. (plus superannuation)

- Full-time (5 days per week, including 2 after-school meetings on Tuesdays & Wednesdays), ongoing position, working across 4 school sites, in an inclusive and well-supported learning environment.
You will collaborate with a team of specialists including teachers, teacher's aides, school therapists, coordinators, administrators and other Aspect staff to deliver our evidence-informed, student-focused autism-specific approach - the Aspect Comprehensive Approach. Use a person-centred and family-focused approach to ensure the delivery of quality educational standards.
As a core member of the school's Learning Support Team, you will lead and supervise the teaching team and partner with parents, carers and other members of the school community. This is an off-class role with occasional on-class teaching. You will be co-planning, collaborating and mentoring teachers to enhance the learning within each classroom.

About the School:
Aspect Western Sydney School provides placement for approximately 160 students on the autism spectrum from Kindergarten to Year 12. Our main site is located at Wetherill Park with 14 satellite classes within the Catholic and Department of Education schools across the Western and South Western regions of Sydney.
