What you will do?
Monitor and respond to customer phone, email and web enquiries.
Manage and service inbound product orders.
Prepare and follow up customer quotations & orders referring to price lists and product literature.
Upsell and cross sell company products to new and current clients.
Identify and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
