The Opportunity

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Lysaght business in our Archerfield team as a Customer Service Representative. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of BlueScope for our customers, ensuring exceptional service in each interaction. Working within a friendly and inclusive team you will be a key contact for sales and service enquiries. Your can-do attitude will be on full display as you take new orders and quotations, providing product and pricing advice and manage a variety of day-to-day enquiries.  With the support of a strong leadership team, you will be given every opportunity to further develop your career in customer service and sales with us here at BlueScope Australia.

What Will You Do?

Providing tailored solutions to our customers, you'll also be:

  • interacting with our customers via phone and email to manage a variety of enquiries 
  • preparing and following up customer quotes, entering and managing orders whilst supporting our sales teams
  • coordinating and managing the end-to-end logistics process including compliance with any requirements and regulations, updating all necessary systems that manage orders
  • managing the relationship with logistics and internal stakeholders and working together to improve cost efficiencies, resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer’s experience
