The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Manager at Dexus you will be responsible for Macquarie Shopping Centre and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experience within the centre. Responsible for setting strategy across customer service and working closely with wider team of customer service associates to delivery top end service. The role is responsible for setting budgets and ensuring financials are managed to these budgets.
This role is 5 days a week on site at Macquarie Centre, with responsibility of Duty Manager shifts, two weekends per month, both Saturdays and Sundays.
