Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be a natural team player who presents from a similar background where you have worked across multiple lines of products and understand the layered nature of the industry. Answering all phone calls and emails with a professional and prompt attitude
Data entry of orders received by both email and phone
Provide sales support to the national sales team
Resolution of conflicts, following up and investigating as needed
Provide back up administration support as required across the business
