About you:
• Experience as a chef in a high-volume pub or restaurant
• Team player and highly focused
• Have the ability to work under pressure
• Able to contribute to and create a positive and proactive work environment
• Have strong communication and organisational skills
• Have a 'can do' attitude
• HACCP food safety knowledge
• Flexible to work across a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and evenings
