Guest experience - Responsible for venue reservations and group bookings Venue Compliance - Responsible for the legal compliance of the venue, ensuring all aspects of WHS, Legal compliance and Food safety are adhered to. Ensuring all RSA and Liquor laws are adhered to. Staff Allocations - Weekly Rostering, publishing and comms with staff. Ensuring Budgets are being met. Staff performance - effective team development & coaching of identified team members as well as driving a strong team culture and communications Staff recruitment - working with your direct report (General Manager) on identifying gaps, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance and experience Staff Training - Responsible for the effective development (product knowledge, job related task performance) of team members to meet and exceed business objectives through individual and team performance. Staff Morale - ensuring that all staff are focused and driven and building staff morale through leading by example.
