Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.
Guest Experience:
Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction.
Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Quality Control:
Maintain rigorous quality control procedures to guarantee consistency in service quality and presentation.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory, including ordering, storage, and rotation of supplies.
Minimize waste and control costs effectively.
Budget and Cost Control:
Contribute to financial planning and budgeting.
Monitor expenses, control costs, and maintain profitability.
Health and Safety Compliance:
