Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
- To carry out 2nd or 3rd party audit and customised work according to approved codes and SOP’s.
- Carry out assessment, verification and compliance work.
- Dealing with technical queries.
- Be able to effectively plan, conduct and lead audits across a wide range of industry sector codes.
- Collecting and analysing sufficient information to provide appropriate recommendations for certifications.
- Making relevant decisions concerning the audit process, including informing SGS to resolve audit issues outside the process.
- Report customer complaints, problems and/or system deficiencies.
- Preparing quality assurance reports, maintaining documentation and report findings.
