About the roles
We are seeking to appoint four (4) motivated individuals to join the Development Compliance team within the City Inspectorate Branch until 30 June 2025. These positions will comprise the education and enforcement arm of the Citys Caravan Park Education and Compliance Program (CPECP). The CPECP is being run by the City to address safety issues within the Citys caravan parks. The program will initially focus on education before moving on to audits of caravan parks to identify safety issues, and necessary enforcement action.
Key Deliverables
Carry out an education campaign to educate caravan park operators, and residents on issues such as (but not limited to) fire and structural safety.
Carry out compliance inspections to identify safety issues, and issue statutory notices in accordance with Development Compliance policy and procedures.
