Position: Health Information Manager
Salary Range: $90k - $95k plus superannuation
Location: Level 2/17 Cotham Rd, Kew VIC 3101
Job Type: Permanent position, Full time
Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Manage the company patient access programs in all aspects including but not limited to training colleagues, updating documents, improving processes, doctor, and patient enquiries, and having oversight of access program patient registrations.
2. Maintain the Healthcare Professional (HCP) Portal and online patient access programs processes.
3. Collate, analyse and report on patient access program metrics to management.
4. Provide support for Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS), cancer registries and research studies, including maintaining close ties with clinical trial coordinators and the management and release of clinical trial stock.
5. Review of the clinical study protocols and development of the ISS agreements.
6. Report on the progress of active ISS to internal team and international partner companies as required.
7. Respond to health and medical enquiries and/or complaints according to SOP’s, as required.
8. Provide support to Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information teams.
9.Assist Regulatory team with discrete activities as required.
10. Review and improve processes for Medical Information, Medical Affairs and other functions as required.
11. Assist with the creation and review of HCP educational materials in line with company SOPs, internal policies, industry Codes of Conduct and other relevant legislation.
12. Maintain the promotional material database (PMD) for all products and provide medical materials as required to support the commercial department.
13. Assist Medical Manager/Director with discrete projects.
14. Conduct regular literature searches and maintain knowledge on the external environment of competitors.
15. Interpret and communicate relevant scientific literature.
To be considered for this role, the candidate must meet the following requirements:
1. Master’s degree or higher in Health Information Management or Medical Records Management, Biotechnology or a relevant field.
2. Minimum two years of employment highly relevant to the nominated occupation (Health Information Manager)
3. Full working rights in Australia.
