Benefits Salary $80000-$100000 Competitive salary package Opportunity for career growth Work in a dynamic and supportive environment Access to professional development opportunities Work-life balance with flexible scheduling Task & Responsibilities Provide continuous overall management of health services delivered at Centre Creating, implementing, managing and updating the Centre’s policies, procedures and service standards Control data, systems information and the implementation and training of health-related systems when required Ensure processes are properly followed and provide effective risk management for an efficient functioning practice Coach, mentor, train and guide employees to achieve excellence Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with healthcare stakeholders Representing the business publicly in meetings, trainings, seminars, conventions and forums  Liaise with other business partners, service providers, government agencies and other authorities in matters related to public health and the provision of centre’s services to the community Ensure the provision of high-quality services and continuous improvement of Health Services Manage the financial administration of the centre by reviewing and implementing business and budgetary plans whilst applying cost benefit strategies without compromising quality Control sales, expenditures, inventory of supplies and placing orders as required Manage customer service and provide conflict resolution solutions as required Preparing regular reports to be presented to Directors, staff and other stakeholders Ensure centre’s compliance with industry, local and governmental legislations, regulations, policies, standards and codes Develop and manage a wide range of preventive health and welfare programs  Maintain business accreditations and licences Qualification & Experience Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a similar setting with high level of complexity  Bachelor or higher degree in health management or other relevant health field Proven ability to manage a wide range of medical and laboratory services Exceptional administrative skills Proven experience using medical/health systems Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Outstanding attention to detail skills  About Company Mantraraj Medical Centre is a trusted healthcare partner in in Mays Hill NSW 2145.
