Your Company My client is a successful tier 3 construction company. As a result of their continued success, this builder is looking to employ a proven and experienced Project Manager to join their ambitious, growing team to assist with the delivery of commercial, goverment and education projects valued between $2m - $15m in value.
Your Position To be successful in this role you will have recent experience as a Project Manager on Education, Gov, Soical housing and NDIS Projects ranging from 2M-15M in value. You will be responsible for the coordination of teams on site and be able to push the project in order to achieve timely milestones.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Must have recent experience as a Project Manager delivering sucessful commercial build projects
Completed a degree or trade background in construction.
Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and sub contractors alike
Have the ability to work both autonomously and show leadership as part of a team
Experience in writing reports, monthly and ongoing
Excellent financial acumen (reporting and forecasting)
Track record delivery of high value projects from design phase to completion
CA background highly advantageous
