About the role
We are seeking a passionate Business Analyst (IT) with experience in regulatory and workforce compliance software to take our business to the next level. The role is full-time, and on site in Clyde North, with some travel within Victoria and interstate to attend our clients locations. Your responsibilities will include:
• Interact with users to identify their business requirements.
• Analyse and document identified processes and procedures.
• Identify specific business functionalities that need improvement and provide better solutions.
• Use standard business analytical tools and principles throughout the different stages in project management such as costing and planning etc.
• Implement technical solutions and liaising with users on functionality.
• Maintain acceptable quality and integrity of the processes and procedures.
• Take responsibility for customer training processes including creating, documenting, and performing the training.
• Prepare and set out clear functional specifications for developers.
• Use standard process modeling techniques to design and develop systems.
• Liaise with customers and development team to ensure requirements are in line.
About you
You will have the following:
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business Analysis or similar.
• Proven experience in coordinating projects and working closely with developers.
• Demonstrated experience successfully applying Business Analysis with a blend of IT systems analysis and business process skills, to deliver positive, customer focused outcomes in technology or application solutions.
• Strong SQL skills (highly advantageous).
• Excellent communication skills, especially with customers and overseas development teams.
Salary
Salary commensurate with experience in the range $75,000 – $90,000
