Overview: Our large government client is seeking a Workforce Planner (NV1 or NV2) based in Canberra, working in a department that is responsible for the development, acquisition and sustainment of a range of capabilities across a number of projects. Whilst all projects seek to acquire and deliver vastly differing capabilities, they will all require adjustments to the Commands extant and future workforce. To support the development of capability, we are seeking an experienced Workforce Planner to understand future workforce requirements and develop the required capability submission artefacts for project approval. The required services include:
Analyse extant workforce requirements
Conduct workforce analysis and develop options to implement, maintain and sustain new or replacement capabilities within the Program.
Develop workforce concepts and plans to inform capability submissions
Provide workforce advice and support to wider Command and Program activities, as required.
