Job Description
Reporting to the Board of Directors, this newly created position as HR Manager you will be strategically focused and commercially driven. The HR Manager will provide key framework and support to client group across;
Policy creation, review and implementation;
Remuneration and governance;
Strategic recruitment including the identifying the best sourcing matters, supporting businesses with proactive souring methods;
Learning and development.
You will be the subject matter expert for all Employment law advise and proactively consult to the group. This is a client facing position and you will be a critical in shaping the future of the organisation but identifying business opportunities and working with new clients.
