Our client is a leading beauty services organisation. The business is looking for a HR Business Partner to join its best practice HR team. This is a true generalist position, where you will have autonomy to work across several aspects of the organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume environment and strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Accountabilities:
Support with executing employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, diversity & inclusion.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders built on business knowledge and HR expertise.
Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Leverage data and insights to track progress with relation to strategic priorities
Managing workplace relations matters especially ER and IR grievance handling and case management
Partner with the talent team to ensure the recruitment strategy is in line with the needs of the region
