On behalf of our client, we are looking for a full-time experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR processes and operations on a national basis
The daily duties and responsibilities include:
• Establish a human resource management system: Responsible for establishing and maintaining human resource management regulations and processes, enhancing employee motivation, enhancing team cohesion, and improving work efficiency
• Recruitment and Selection: Based on the company’s needs, develop a recruitment plan, publish recruitment information, screen resumes, interview candidates, and ultimately select suitable talents.
• Performance management: Develop performance management systems, evaluate employee performance, and develop reward and punishment measures
• Employee Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships between the company and employees, handle employee complaints and disputes, and develop employee benefit plans.
• Internal management work: Responsible for the operational management of the human resources team.
Education – Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable. Industry experience may substitute.
Experience & Skills
• At least 2+ years of HR experience in a senior capacity
• Excellent critical thinking, Interpersonal skills and analytical skills
